Supply Chain Planner (Frames) **Location:** Dallas, TX– Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) **Schedule:** Mon, Tue, Thu in-office (8:00–4:00 / 9:00–5:00), Wed & Fri remote **Pay:** $ 29.43/hr **Department:** Manufacturing Operations **Reports To:** Manager – Planning **About the Role** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Supply Chain Planner (Frames)** to join our Manufacturing Operations team. In this role, you will manage SKU-level planning, inventory management, and vendor interactions to ensure smooth operations and timely product introductions. This is a key position that supports both service levels and overall supply chain efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** + Execute the **min-max process** to calculate vendor orders. + Place purchase orders, track shipments, create ASNs, and coordinate with distribution centers (DCs). + Serve as the main point of contact for Frames vendors regarding supply chain activities. + Monitor and manage backorders, identify root causes, and expedite recovery. + Analyze inventory levels and develop plans for recovery and obsolescence reduction. + Assist with invoicing and timekeeping as needed. **What We’re Looking For** + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (equivalent experience considered). + **Experience:** 1–3 years in inventory or production planning. + **Skills:** + Advanced **Microsoft Excel** skills (used heavily in daily work). + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing priorities. + **Certifications:** APICS certification is a plus. **Why Join Us?** + Flexible hybrid schedule for work-life balance. + Competitive pay and opportunity for growth. + Work closely with a supportive team of supply chain professionals. + Hands-on experience in inventory management, vendor relations, and analytics. **Pay Details:** $29.43 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
