Job Description
This role involves integrating autonomous forklifts, tuggers, and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) into the supply chain. The goal is to automate material movement, allowing systems to autonomously replenish parts as needed. The position will engage in the transformation of a facility, including the installation of a new automated assembly line.
ResponsibilitiesIntegrate and support processes for automated material flow using AMRs.Develop AutoCAD 2D layouts for work cell flow and layout planning.Support 37 ongoing projects with a duration of about one year.Plan and execute supply chain processes to eliminate forklifts in the facility.Engage in problem-solving and project planning using Six Sigma skills.Conduct data mining and analysis using Power BI and Access.Collaborate with vendors, including those from international locations such as China.Communicate effectively with the team and present information as needed.Support packaging planning, warehouse material flow, and other capital projects.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in supply chain, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.Experience with technology and robotics is preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D layout design.Strong problem-solving abilities and Six Sigma skills.Experience with data mining and analysis tools like Power BI and Access.Excellent communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in automation even without a formal degree.Project planning and execution experience.Work Environment
The work environment is a mix of office and floor activities, with a 50/50 split. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 35 lbs and assembling carts/racks. The position involves working five days a week, starting at 7am, and includes some travel. The team is described as easy-going, positive, and open-minded, fostering a 'can-do' attitude.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
