The Supply Distribution team is seeking an intern to support supply and distribution operations across Atlantic Health, helping ensure the efficient flow of products and materials throughout the organization. The intern will assist with inventory monitoring, product tracking, and other operational support activities to maintain appropriate supply levels and meet organizational needs. This role provides hands-on exposure to the operational side of healthcare supply chain management and the critical function distribution plays in supporting high-quality patient care, with some exposure to sourcing activities to understand how contracting and vendor partnerships connect to supply operations.

Responsibilities

Inventory and Distribution Management Support:

Assist in tracking inventory levels. Monitor stock movements and help maintain accurate inventory levels. Participate in cycle counts or physical inventory audits. Support daily shipping and receiving

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze distribution KPIs such as fill rate, order accuracy, and par levels. Use tools like Excel and Oracle 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with strategic sourcing, warehouse, and customers teams. Help resolve order issues or shipping delays.
