The Supply Chain Director leads the end-to-end supply chain strategy for aerospace programs, ensuring the reliable delivery of components, materials, and services in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment. This role oversees procurement, supplier performance, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and compliance with aerospace standards

**Candidate skills & requirements**
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations.
Proven leadership in managing global or multi-site supply chain functions.
Demonstrated ability to develop supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving operational efficiency.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
Ability to manage multimillion-dollar budgets and drive cost-optimization initiatives.
Deep understanding of demand planning, inventory control, and supplier performance metrics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
