Location/Division Specific Information

As part of the Drug Product Division (DPD), the Cincinnati, Ohio site is a multi-purpose pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, and packaging facility. The operation specializes in taking oral solid dose drug products from development phase through to commercialization.

How You Will Make an Impact

The Supply Chain Director at our Cincinnati plant will build and manage the supply chain strategy. They head a team managing site planning, scheduling, and warehouse operations. Supply chain ensures planning stability and on-time deliveries in a customer-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Designs the strategy for managing the Supply Chain and establishes the processes necessary to align with the company's goals. Establishes and upholds all systems that support Supply Chain Management.Manages the Demand and Supply Planning team. Responsible for improving and implementing coordinated Sales and Operations Plans (operational and tactical level) processes including maintaining the capacity models.Coordinates customer service processes; including order management (order to cash/shipment), order tracking, and customer service performance in conjunction with business management and project management functions.Leads warehouse and distribution operations including compliance aspects (Trade, GMP, DEA, etc.)Manages inventory and optimizes purchasing activities to ensure production readiness while hitting working capital targets.Optimizes processes for forecasting and invoicing customers.Leads team to implement change, understand consequences, and acquire dedication through mentorship, training, and clear objective setting to meet the site’s short-term needs and long-term ambition. Develops members of the department to be key leaders within the organization. Builds and sustains employee engagement by crafting a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Business or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

- 8+ years of relevant manufacturing environment experience including leadership roles - Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

8+ years in a leadership role, committed to employee engagement and development required.Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
