THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

 

The Supply Chain Data & Analytics Development Analyst II will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data models and reporting solutions that support the analytical and reporting needs of the Supply Chain organization. This role will also help establish and maintain efficient processes to ensure the accuracy, stability, and ongoing performance of data models. The candidate will be involved within the entire development cycle (clarifying business requirements, development, testing and fixes, deployment, and hyper care) and manage ad-hoc requests. This person must be able to prioritize tasks and proactively communicate priorities.

Developing data models to support reporting and analytical needsFollowing processes to maintain the data in an accurate and stable environmentCreating reports and dashboards to measure and inform business partners on KPI’s and metricsDesigning and enhancing Power BI and Tableau solutions in collaboration with functional business areas.Providing subject matter expertise to business partners working with third parties to build applications.Supporting report and metric documentation needsSupporting issue resolutionDeveloping and support consumption layer data models for self-service usersContinuously looking for improvements in data accuracy/validation for reporting

 

 

 

 

 

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

 

Education & Experience

 

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Supply Chain Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in data engineering and analytics, business intelligence, process improvement, or best practices; or one (1) year of relevant experience with an advanced degree.

Technical Skills

Experience in building data models, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.Require strong SQL experience.Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Working Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery, Oracle, or other databases.Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, including SSRS and SSIS toolsets.Experience with data warehouse development and data architecture best practices.Knowledge of SAP applications, IBM Cognos, SCI applications, or WMS systems.Programming experience Python for data analysis and automation.

Professional Competencies

Strong analytical, problem-solving, curious, and critical-thinking abilities.Capability to translate technical concepts into non-technical termsDisplay interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.Ability to manage shifting priorities and timelines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies and software platforms.

Preferred Industry Knowledge

 

Understanding of Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Distribution Center (DC) Operations, Network Fulfillment, and Transportation processes within a retail environment

Travel – Minimal ~ 5% 

Ability to work long hours and weekends during critical periods

The pay range for this position is $66,200.00 - $88,100.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
