Supply Chain Data Analyst
Job Description We are looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join a local children’s hospital during a major Lawson‑to‑Workday migration. This role will support the Supply Chain team by analyzing, validating, and mapping data to ensure a seamless transition between systems. The analyst will collaborate closely with IT, Supply Chain leadership, and end‑users to troubleshoot issues and ensure data accuracy throughout the migration. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and experience working with large datasets. This position requires clear communication and the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for operational teams. Ultimately, this consultant will play a key role in enabling a smooth and successful transformation of the hospital’s supply chain technology landscape. Skills and Requirements • Supply chain data analyst experience within a healthcare system • Skilled in analyzing large, complex datasets to identify positive/negative match variances and interpret results • Hands‑on experience with Lawson, including functional support, troubleshooting, and workflow understanding • Deep end‑to‑end knowledge of healthcare supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, receiving, and item master maintenance • Proficient in building, running, and interpreting Lawson queries and using Lawson Add‑Ins for reporting, data validation, and bulk data updates • Experience supporting or participating in ERP implementations or migrations • Strong Excel skills, including advanced data manipulation and reporting • Experience with LUM and LUM activation, including unit‑of‑measure alignment and ensuring accurate ordering, receiving, and ASN processing • Experience with Lawson Version 10 (on‑prem)
