Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join a fast-paced operations team on a contract basis. The role involves providing administrative and systems-based support following a recent planner departure. Key responsibilities include handling day-to-day data entry, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination within NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely updates across orders, inventory, and shipments. This task-driven role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage repetitive work with urgency.
ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day data entry and maintain accurate records in NetSuite.Track shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure timely deliveries.Update orders, inventory, and shipment information in a high-volume environment.Monitor emails and escalate issues as necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations.Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.Assist in international shipping, customs documentation, and freight coordination.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.Proficiency in NetSuite or other ERP systems.Experience in high-volume data entry.Ability to work in fast-paced, task-based environments.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Basic Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and data organization.Effective communication skills for vendor and internal coordination.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with international shipping and import/export logistics.Knowledge of customs documentation and freight coordination.Work Environment
The role is fully onsite in Newark, CA, working within a fast-paced, collaborative operations team. The team values strong communication and execution, and the coordinator will work closely with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams. Flexible start times are available, with options to begin at 8:30 or 9 am.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
