Supply Chain Coordinator

\n\t\t\t\t\t

This role is responsible for inventory control, purchasing, and production coordination to ensure accurate inventory levels, timely procurement, and on-schedule production and fulfillment.\n\nManage inventory and purchasing activities within QuickBooks and the inventory management system.\n\nMaintain a working knowledge of the production process and production scheduling.\n\nMonitor pricing and quantities of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.\n\nTrack inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support production demands.\n\nCollaborate closely with the Production Manager and Plant Manager to keep production schedules on track.\n\nSchedule new purchase order items into the production schedule and create sales orders for ingredients as needed.\n\nPartner with the Sales team to ensure finished goods are scheduled with appropriate lead times.\n\nEnter and maintain accurate sales orders in the inventory management system.\n\nCoordinate with Purchasing regarding pricing and supplier availability.\n\nWork with Finance and Accounting to ensure new product pricing is correctly set up in inventory and accounting software.\n\nFollow up with suppliers on raw material and packaging orders.\n\nCoordinate with Shipping and Receiving to ensure timely delivery of finished goods and receipt of incoming materials.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.\n\n1-2 years of inventory management experience (manufacturing industry required)\n\nExcellent attention to detail is a must\n\nStrong organizational skills & time management skills\n\nAbility to multi-task\n\nAbility to communicate professionally and maintain professional relationships\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $52000.00/yr.
