Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for all supply chain inquiries related to assigned brands. This role involves creating and managing retail orders, ensuring SLA compliance, and maintaining accurate Master Data for retail stores. The candidate will also track end-to-end deliveries and act as a subject matter expert for retail-related projects.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for all supply chain inquiries for assigned brands.Create and manage retail orders in alignment with daily forecasts and replenishment plans.Monitor order fulfillment to ensure SLA compliance and promptly resolve issues.Maintain accurate Master Data for all retail stores, including service levels.Track end‑to‑end deliveries and coordinate with central and local transportation teams.Act as a subject matter expert for retail‑related projects and process initiatives.Partner with Operations to monitor KPIs related to deliveries, order processing, and shipments.Support Merchandising and Retail Operations with store batching and order prioritization.Liaise with third‑party logistics partners to prioritize urgent or special‑handling shipments.Support retail stores with all FedEx‑related needs, including address updates, book management, claim filing, Support Hub requests, and escalation handling.Assist Retail Operations by obtaining and coordinating shipment quotes for special projects such as store openings, store closings, and ad‑hoc shipment requests.Collaborate with internal teams to meet service expectations and operational needs.Uphold accuracy, quality, and timeliness standards across all supply chain activities.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance retail supply chain performance.Essential Skills
2-4 years of experience as a Supply Chain Specialist or in a similar role.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficient in supply chain management software and tools, including ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and forecasting applications.Strong Excel experience.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal talents.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Skills & Qualifications
PowerBI and SQL knowledge preferred.Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work environment with four days onsite and one day remote each week. It presents a great opportunity to gain experience with a global luxury brand and advance in the supply chain field.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.50/hr.
