Supply Chain Coordinator Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily logistics operations for key global customers. This role works closely with internal teams, external partners, and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain client-specific global operating procedures and ensure internal alignment.Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations, issue resolution, and escalations for assigned customers.Coordinate with internal departments, sales teams, and external third parties to mitigate disruptions within the customer’s supply chain.Deliver exceptional customer service with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.Verify documentation accuracy and distribute it to appropriate stakeholders.Track and trace shipments on a daily basis; update customers as needed.Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets and internal reports.Support data entry, order updates, and ERP system inputs.Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.Required Skills & CompetenciesExperience with ERP systemsStrong data entry accuracy and speedCustomer service mindset and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)Understanding of supply chain and logistics operationsAbility to learn new software quicklyStrong organizational and time‑management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks with varying urgency and deadlines

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.50/hr.
