Supply Chain Coordinator
Summary:

Responsible for purchasing and inventory control to ensure material availability and accurate stock levels. This role manages purchase orders, vendor communication, and cycle count programs to maintain inventory integrity.

Key Responsibilities:Create and manage purchase orders; track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.Maintain vendor data and support sourcing and cost updates.Execute cycle counts, reconcile variances, and investigate root causes.Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points; recommend adjustments.Collaborate with planning and warehouse teams to align material flow with production needs.Support physical inventory and process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years in purchasing or inventory controlERP/MRP experience required.Strong Excel skills and knowledge of inventory control methods.Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
