As the Supply chain coordinator, you’ll be coordinate and consolidate supply chain information. **What You’ll Do** + Weekly Sales collecting&reporting + Billing report (SAP) preparation + SAP+PRIME (Integrated Business Planning system) reporting + Monthly data collection from CIS countries, consolidation of reporting on sales accruals, submission for posting in SAP, maintenance of sales accruals balance, providing information upon request from Finance ​ + CIS price list database maintenance + Trade actions & bonuses/discount check for CIS countries + Distribution Agreements and Annexes database + audit requests + PV requests + Commercial Terms database maintenance + ad hoc reports + 3rd Party Due Diligence monitoring **Required Qualifications** + Higher education. + Willingness to learn and develop in logistics. + Attention to details. + Ability to work with large data sets. + English - intermediate, Russian, Ukrainian - fluent + Good Excel skills.
