Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) plays a vital role in delivering life-saving therapies globally within Care Enablement. With over 35 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the reliable production and distribution of high-quality devices for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care—reaching patients in approximately 150 countries.

Supply Chain Coordinator – South Africa & Morocco (Based in Morocco)
Role Purpose
The Supply Chain Coordinator will provide operational supply chain support across both South Africa and Morocco, while being physically based in Morocco.
This role combines import logistics execution for Morocco, warehouse coordination and stock rotation for South Africa and Morocco, and inventory analysis and reporting across both countries.
The position will act as a key operational bridge between Supply Chain, Warehouses, Logistics Service Providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring product flow continuity, inventory integrity, and execution discipline.
In Morocco, the role will function as second-in-command to the Warehouse Manager, supporting daily warehouse operations and providing continuity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Import & Logistics Coordination – Morocco Scope
Manage end-to-end import logistics for Morocco (from origin to warehouse receipt).Prepare, validate, and coordinate all shipping and customs documentation.Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and internal teams.Maintain shipment trackers and provide regular status updates.Proactively identify and escalate delays, risks, or documentation issues.Support customs queries and audit requests.Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and Moroccan regulatory requirements.2. Warehouse Coordination & Stock Rotation – South Africa & Morocco
Coordinate stock rotation planning across five warehouses in South Africa.Support inter-warehouse transfer planning.Assist with allocation requests.In Morocco, act as operational backup to the Warehouse Manager.Participate in cycle counts and stock takes.Provide ad-hoc warehouse operational support.3. Inventory Analysis & Reconciliation – South Africa & Morocco
Perform weekly/monthly inventory balance checks between SAP and third-party systems.Identify and resolve stock discrepancies.Investigate root causes of variances.Monitor expiry exposure.Maintain inventory dashboards.4. Reporting & Operational Support – South Africa & Morocco
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.Support continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to project-based work.Provide broader Supply Chain operational support.Qualifications & Experience
