Your job, as Supply Chain Coordinator within EM&S GenMed Latam team will be to ensure an efficient supply chain management for all outsourced activities in Latam region, according to Sanofi’s Supply Chain Best Practices and Outsourcing Guidelines and integrated in S&OP processes._ _EM&S is a consolidated organization managing outsourced Sanofi products, which_ _​_ _operates in each region through virtual sites ensuring optimal proximity with CMOs._ _​_ _​_ _Engaged in a network optimization and building a strong relationship with our partners._ _We extend Industrial Sanofi Limits, in both, installed capacity and technologies guaranteeing successful and sustainable results in terms of Quality & Regulatory compliance, Customer Service and Cost, through strong tactical principles and following internal compliance guidance._ **Main responsibilities:** + _Provide a high level of Customer Service for all external manufacturing activities;_ + _Management of OOS and Alerts;_ + _Participation in new subcontractor development, according to Business needs;_ + _Ensure adequate following of Supply Agreements by sites and countries;_ + _Make regular reviews with planners in the Markets and CMO´s;_ + _Continuous monitoring through KPI’s, site visits and BRM´s;_ + _Strong participation and leadership during S&OP meetings;_ + _Ensure visibility of risks and actions to mitigate as maximum as possible ruptures for the market._ + _Motivate the good usage of systems tools to guarantee the standards process and correct it when necessary_ + _Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market._ + _Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities._ + _Support Sanofi Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities._ _About you_ + **Experience** : At least 3 years of experience in similar jobs. + **Soft and technical skills** : Production planning, Pharmaceutical manufacturing and transfers, project management. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, SMS and FIT4 make difference for the position.
