Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking a motivated Co-Op Student to join our team for the **Fall 2026** term. This role provides an excellent opportunity for current students to gain hands-on experience in supply chain, sourcing, and engineering processes. The Co-Op Student will actively contribute to interdisciplinary projects that drive improvements in data accuracy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** + Support procurement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and compliance. + Strengthen the quality and consistency of sourcing data within supply chain systems. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize visibility and alignment around product offerings. + Gain exposure to sourcing, engineering, and document control processes. + Participate in projects that directly contribute to the overall success of Qualitrol. **Education & Experience** + Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. + Field of study in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. + Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in supply chain and engineering processes. + Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. **What We Offer** + A 6-month immersive learning experience beginning Fall 2026. + Hands-on exposure to supply chain, sourcing, and engineering functions. + Opportunity to apply academic knowledge to practical business challenges. + Mentorship and professional development in a global industrial environment.
