The Supply Chain Control Tower Supervisor will lead the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain Control Tower, driving end-to-end visibility, coordination, and proactive decision-making across the supply chain. This role ensures smooth orchestration of logistics, procurement, inventory, and production planning by leveraging analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is results-oriented with a strong grasp of supply chain technologies, processes, and exception management.

Key Responsibilities:Monitor and Orchestrate Supply Chain Activities: Supervise real-time supply chain operations through the Control Tower, ensuring exceptions are identified and resolved swiftly.Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of analysts and coordinators to deliver optimal performance, foster continuous improvement, and ensure consistent service levels.Exception Management: Anticipate disruptions, assess risks, and drive timely interventions using data-driven insights.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a central point of communication between procurement, planning, logistics, manufacturing, and external partners to enable seamless operations.Reporting and Analytics: Utilise analytics tools and dashboards to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.Process Optimisation: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance supply chain agility, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction.Technology Utilisation: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Control Tower technologies, ensuring systems are used effectively and consistently.Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in supply chain orchestration, exception management, or control tower environments.Strong knowledge of supply chain systems (e.g., SAP )Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments and levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make fast, informed decisions.Key Competencies:Leadership and team developmentStrategic thinking and agilityAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and process disciplineEffective cross-functional communicationCustomer-centric approachInterested to know more?
