We are looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN CO OP, that will be a part of a strategic sourcing team. In this role, you will participate in all facets of the strategic sourcing process! As a co-op, you are not expected to be experienced in commodity management, but you will need to quickly learn and be open to constructive feedback. You are encouraged to grow into a contributing member of the team, develop a professional work ethic, and grow in your technical and interpersonal skills through work experience. One of the most important skills you will learn is to learn to communicate optimally with a team.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supplier Delivery Get Well Program – build open order documents for the weekly meetings and own the Get Well meetings with the suppliers over time.
RFQs (request for quotation) – run the current and new parts bidding process, Excel tracking, bid evaluations, follow-up calls, and run weekly status update meetings.
PPAPs (production part approval process) – receive and log all PPAPs, supervise through the approval sign-offs, create warrants, and put the samples in storage.
ESAC / NDA (non-disclosure agreement) / Supplier Assessments – lead the completion of standard documents with potentially new and existing suppliers under the Commodity Managers' mentorship.
Negotiations – indirect payment terms, lead times, and MOQ’s (minimum order quantity) on smaller suppliers.
Special Project – We try to build special projects for the co-op to work on in their last half that would be the top line of their resume. This is done under the leadership of a Commodity Manager. This project really challenges you and allows you to see what you can do. Examples include setting up a rapid prototyping supply base and quoting process, searching for new suppliers, new product tracking, supplier elimination transitions, and running auctions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
At least one (1) object-oriented course completed prior to co-op term
Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
