Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to support the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-enabled process workflows that enhance team efficiency and decision-making. This role involves working cross-functionally with product managers, sourcing, planning, product, and engineering teams to drive supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine foundational supply chain knowledge with strong data and analytics capabilities to contribute to operational execution.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Excel, Amazon Quick, and other BI tools to enhance team visibility into supply chain KPIs, such as lead time, cost, supplier readiness, and shortage tracking.Execute and optimize AI-enabled process workflows, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, standardize reporting templates, and improve team throughput through tooling enhancements.Support cross-functional supply chain teams by executing programs and communicating supply chain status, decisions, and implications of program changes across sourcing, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance stakeholders.Contribute to cost reduction roadmaps and lead time optimization efforts by tracking total cost of ownership metrics and maintaining transparent, consistent reporting on progress.Support root cause analysis, post-launch design change coordination, ECOs, and continuous process improvement efforts to sustain operational excellence across the product lifecycle.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.At least 1 year of experience in supply chain operations or a data/analytics-adjacent role.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling, as well as at least one BI or reporting tool, such as Power BI or Tableau.Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable outputs.Demonstrated ability to build dashboards, trackers, or reporting tools used by cross-functional stakeholders.Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with AI workflow tools, automation platforms, or process optimization.3 or more years of experience in supply chain operations or a data/analytics-adjacent role.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or equivalent.Familiarity with supply chain concepts including lead time management, cost reduction, and supplier performance tracking.Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP, or PLM tools such as Agile.Experience supporting NPI or GA supply chain programs in a cross-functional environment.Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite at our North Reading, MA location and operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $53.00/hr.
