Labcorp is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Mechelen, Belgium!
work schedule: Monday - Friday, hybrid role.
Job Responsibilities:
Conducts detailed inventory analysis in support of global clinical trial testing.
Ensure efficient inventory and order management
Facilitate timely deliveries of clinical trial kits and align operations with organizational objectives
Place orders for inventory as required.
Activate products for designated projects as requested by the project management team.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of both new and existing product information across internal systems.
Works closely with internal teams, including project management and global sourcing, to coordinate efforts and meet supply chain goals.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements initiatives to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness.
Perform forecasting future supply requirements and maintaining on-site stock to minimize stockouts and excess scrap.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics
Preferred Qualifications
3 months or more experience with supply chain analysis
3 months or more experience with Power BI
3 months or more experience in vendor management
6 months or more experience in Peoplesoft FSA, WebCSM, and Excel

Dutch and English knowledge
High aptitude for data analysis and implementing data-driven solutions

Managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and accountability

Act as a key liaison to ensure forecast forms are processed in alignment with organizational objectives. Support the development of best practices for handling recurring forecast updates and urgent requests.
This position requires conducting detailed analyses of order demand and inventory data to determine and implement minimum order quantities, thereby optimizing stock levels and reducing costs. The specialist anticipates future demand, enabling proactive planning and procurement. Consideration is given to item expiration dates and current stock availability to ensure accurate and timely stock ordering. Additionally, the individual manages and maintains product data and project information, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams worldwide.
