Pay: $35–40/hour (based on experience)

Contract: 12‑month contract (likely extension or conversion)

Location: Hybrid | Cary, IL (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

What You’ll Be DoingPlanning, scheduling, and monitoring inbound material flow from suppliersDeveloping and maintaining supply plans and production schedulesAnalyzing material requirements and coordinating with Procurement, R&D, and EngineeringSupporting forecasting, S&OP / IBP, and operations planning activitiesMaintaining planning parameters within ERP systems (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock)Communicating order status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholdersPreparing reports and analyses to support service, inventory, and cost objectivesWhat They’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree or higher2–3 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or contract managementStrong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systemsExposure to contracts or contract management processesStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independentlyCollaborative mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced environmentWhy Join Our Client?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
