We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist who will provide data-driven insights that enable timely and confident decisions across our supply network. You will partner with site leads, divisional leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve inventory health, service levels, and operational efficiency. Your analytical expertise and proactive approach will help us anticipate supply chain risks, enable growth, and continuously improve performance.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimize, and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to empower sites and network partners in making data-driven decisions.Deliver analytical insight and problem-solving support across supply, materials, inventory, and production planning activities.Own the Statistical Safety Stock Analyzer and provide recommendations to sites on optimal inventory levels, mitigating excess and obsolete inventory through proactive analysis and collaboration with site teams.Develop and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on critical metrics around inventory and service levels.Apply root-cause analysis and Lean tools to drive corrective actions that sustain customer service levels and operational performance.Partner with the BPG Supply Chain Analytics Team to ensure consistency in reporting and analytics processes.Identify and execute Just Do It (JDI) opportunities that drive immediate impact and enable longer-term performance improvement.Collaborate with others across the BU and BPG to drive standard methodology and process completion.Essential Skills7+ years of relevant Supply Chain experience.2+ years of strong business intelligence and data visualization skills, with Power BI preferred.Knowledge of MRP principles and system dynamics.Comfortable working with large data sets and able to identify process inefficiencies.Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal customers.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering preferred.APICS CPIM, CSCP, PMP, or ISM CPSM certification preferred.Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.Experience in planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JDE, or equivalent.Work EnvironmentThis role operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, working between office space and the warehouse as needed to communicate with team members. Our company is a growing scientific organization in Utah, with notable expansions in single-use bioprocessing and a key production hub for vital biopharma supplies.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
