We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic supply chain analytics team. This role will be instrumental in delivering actionable insights to support end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of supply chain principles and advanced analytical skills to drive decision-making and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze supply chain data (e.g. inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, transportation costs) to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies.Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, logistics, finance, and IT teams to align data analytics with business goals.Model scenarios to support supply chain planning and risk mitigation.Provide recommendations for improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and supplier performance.Support the deployment of predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives using machine learning and statistical modeling.Assist in the integration new technologies and ERP systems into supply chain data workflowsRequired Skills:
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.Ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Detailed-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).Strong skills in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.Experience with Python for data wrangling, statistical analysis, and automation.Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.Understanding of MRP, DRp, and demand planning systems.Experience with cloud platforms like Azure.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or a related data analytics role.Supply Chain Knowledge:
Solid understanding of supply chain functions: demand planning, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.Familiarity with common supply chain performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, fill rate).Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, XGBoost) is a plus.
