We're seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for a 12-month contract to help drive operational excellence across our North American plant operations. 🌟 Why This Role Stands Out + High Visibility: Manage 15–20 key suppliers and oversee inventory for both local and HQ plants. + Ownership & Impact: Lead root cause investigations (5Y/8D), implement corrective actions, and influence strategic decisions. + Dynamic Environment: Work with $22M in inventory and 6,500–7,000 parts in a material-controlled plant. + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to streamline processes. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities + Manage open orders, delays, and supplier communications (email/phone). + Analyze supply chain performance and recommend improvements. + Lead tactical and strategic projects across multiple sites. + Conduct 5Y and Root Cause analyses for shortages and missed shipments. + Support continuous process improvement and tool implementation. + Provide backup support for area coordinators and managers. 📘 Required Skills & Experience + 2–3 years of SAP experience post-college. + Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset. + Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain). + Experience in procurement, inventory, and vendor management. + Familiarity with Material Master and supply chain metrics. + Automotive industry experience preferred. 💡 Bonus Points + Experience managing inventory across multiple plants. + Proven ability to lead 5Y or 8D investigations and implement corrective actions. + Comfortable working independently in a non-hierarchical structure. 📩 Ready to Apply?
