Supply Chain Analyst
Labcorp is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Raritan, NJ. This position plays an integral role in supporting client supply operation and the shipping/receiving operation. The position will also be responsible for managing analyze inventory levels, evaluate warehouse processes and analyze key warehouse operations. This individual will use MS Word / Excel & PowerPoint as well as other software tools to review, collate, monitor and report back to key inventory performance metrics. ****Salary Range: $67,000 - $85,000 per year** All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data **Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm **Work Location:** Raritan, NJ **Benefits:** Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. For more detailed information, please click here (https://careers.labcorp.com/global/en/us-rewards-and-wellness) **Job Responsibilities:** **Operational & Supply Chain Analysis:** + Monitor and analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, carrying costs, and obsolescence risks; recommend adjustments to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs. + Evaluate warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. + Analyze key warehouse performance indicators (KPIs) such as receiving efficiency, put-away times and labor productivity, etc. + Support cycle counting programs and physical inventory counts, investigating discrepancies and recommending corrective actions. + Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data to generate operational reports and insights. + Analyze warehouse operational costs, including labor, supplies, etc. + Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for warehouse operations P&L, as needed. + Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) for warehouse expenses, providing explanations and insights to management, as needed. + Prepare regular financial and operational performance reports for warehouse and finance leadership, highlighting key trends and areas requiring attention. + Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to warehouse cost accounting and inventory valuation. **Collaboration & Improvement:** + Collaborate closely with Warehouse Operations Managers, Finance teams, Procurement, and Logistics personnel, as needed. + Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for various stakeholders. + Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs. + Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track performance and facilitate data-driven decisions. **Job Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience highly preferred. + 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouseenvironment. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, data modeling). + Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). + Solid understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management concepts, and warehouse operations. + Good understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis. + Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. + High level of accuracy and attention to detail. + Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team **Job Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). + Experience directly supporting warehouse or distribution center operations. + Experience in cost-saving initiatives or process improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). **If you're looking for a career that offers opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge and the chance to make a real difference, apply today** **Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:** Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
