Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description

The purpose of this role is to manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and efficient receipt and delivery of materials along the material flow path. The role requires ensuring adherence to corporate policies and practices by collaborating with appropriate functional areas to maintain a high-velocity material flow.

ResponsibilitiesPerform activities to ensure materials are shipped, received, stored, or delivered quickly and efficiently.Provide logistics management analysis and support for inbound and outbound material flow.Lead continuous improvement efforts to eliminate excess inventory using CPS Guiding Principles.Manage material flow paths and support transportation requirements for customers, including mode and carrier determination.Monitor carrier performance, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to decrease transportation costs and reduce premium freight expenses.Improve carrier quality and manage container scheduling and availability.Manage and support business unit or facility logistics activities.Provide support to resolve transportation issues for business units or facility groups.Manage facility freight expenses, including filing carrier loss and damage claims, and performing root cause analysis to resolve freight non-compliance issues.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in engineering or related field.2-4 years of experience in supply chain management.Experience with MRP/ERP systems.Proficiency in data analysis using Excel (pivot tables and V Lookups) and Power BI.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in Power BI creation.Work Environment

This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
