A Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for optimizing the company's supply chain by analyzing data
to improve efficiency and reduce costs. They manage data integrity, track trends, forecast risks, and
provide intelligence to site operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers at the

Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Data analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze historical data to create reports, identify
trends, and measure performance against key metrics.
Date integrity management: Monitor Date integrity, Analise information, detect
inconsistencies and report in a simplified format.
Cost reduction: Identify savings opportunities, monitoring trends with suppliers, and optimize
purchasing process.
Demand forecasting: Predict future demand and abnormal supplier performance to ensure
the right quantity of products is available where and when it is needed.
Problem-solving: Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and identified areas of improve
the supply chain's to efficiency and resilience.
Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments like procurement,
logistics, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
Extensive ability to utilize computer systems and applications in order to gather require
information, and compile information into a customer presentable format.
Applies analysis and judgement to assess performance against key measures and determine
priorities.
Demonstrated ability to interface cross functionally in order to gather required customer
information.
MRP system knowledge.
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Demonstrates data analysis knowledge.
Advanced Excel.
Advanced English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Experience with Databases such as Kinaxis is a plus.
Technical: Proficiency with business systems (ERP, MRP), data analysis tools (Excel, SQL,
Tableau), and supply chain software (Oracle).
Analytical: Critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to draw actionable insights from
data. Typical Experience
Two to four years of relevant experience.
Typical Education Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education
and experience.
