Supply Chain Administrator
**Job Description** The Supply Chain Administrator at BAE Systems plays a crucial role in supporting the Maritime Solutions Supply Chain Leadership team by managing administrative tasks, assisting in the development of proposal packages, preparing presentations, and tracking and reporting information. This position involves collaboration across all Maritime Solutions Shipyards, including Jacksonville, Norfolk, and San Diego. This function will support existing work in all three yards, as well as centralized functions including Business Development, Procurement, Compliance and Logistics. Responsibilities + Performs a combination of administrative tasks and assists in the day-to-day supply chain functions for Maritime Solutions locations, including Jacksonville, Norfolk, San Diego, and all Centralized Functions, including Procurement, Logistics, Business Development, and Compliance + Represents organizational unit on administrative matters + Preparing and compiling weekly report metrics for multiple Supply Chain functions + Prepare presentations for executive briefings with given information + Expense report managements for Supply Chain Leadership + Participates in process improvement efforts + Tracks the proposal process across Maritime Solutions Supply Chain functional + Support subcontractor development initiatives across all three yards + Support creating graphs and slides for subcontractor development and proposals + Support efforts to find commonalities across subcontractor and supplier services **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelors degree in related field and 1 years of applicable experience, or 5 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree + Experience in supporting individuals in mulitple locations + Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills + Ability to multi-task and manage support duties among multiple projects + Ability to work with minimal supervision; highly motivated individual + Self-starter with problem identification and resolution skills + Strong organizational and analytical skills + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Functional knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including above average skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat + Ability to learn systems quickly + Familiar with reporting tools and ERP systems **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Strong background in Supply Chain + Knowledge of CostPoint or similar ERP/cost reporting system **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $50277 - $80443 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
