Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour

Contract Length: 2 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in Rockford, IL. This role supports the repair order process for a diverse range of commercial airline customers. You’ll be responsible for managing customer orders from initial acknowledgment through quoting, shipment, and invoicing, while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and service levels.


Key Responsibilities:Liaise with internal teams and customers on issues related to assigned ordersManage Repair Purchase Orders, ensuring timely and accurate processingCommunicate customer requirements clearly across departmentsHandle quoting, shipment coordination, and invoicing of customer ordersMonitor and report on contractual obligations including:Asset trackingOn-time delivery performanceTurn time penaltiesStatus updatesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including:ManufacturingQualityEngineeringProgram ManagementShop Supervision and TechniciansCustomer Support ManagersField Service RepresentativesQualifications:2 to 4 years of customer service or account management experienceU.S. Citizenship required (due to contract requirements)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in commercial or military contract administrationStrong background in customer serviceFamiliarity with continuous improvement tools and processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
