Job Title: Supply Centre of Excellence - 6 Sigma Black Belt
Salary: From £63,537 (depending on experience)
Location: Stafford, UK

The Opportunity:
The Quality Centre of Excellence operates within the Strategic Procurement & Planning Division, focusing on the development and deployment of supplier quality processes including supplier warranty recovery, procurement solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive impactful change by leading and managing initiatives focused on process and product improvement. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies to deliver measurable results aligned with strategic business objectives
What You Will Do:
Designing and developing Six Sigma programs, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvement.
Leading and managing Six Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements
Providing technical training and guidance for Green Belt professionals on the planning, development and implementation of Six Sigma projects.
Employing Six Sigma methodology into organizational operations to meet business goals and objectives.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Led or managed cross-functional projects with measurable business outcomes.
Lean Six Sigma training or certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt, or listed project experience using DMAIC).
Procurement exposure, such as working with sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain teams.
Change management experience, including leading or supporting organizational transitions, process rollouts, or stakeholder adoption efforts.
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments (e.g., Caterpillar, tier-1 suppliers, etc.).

The role requires an on-site presence 5 days a week.
