Purpose of the job:
This role is responsible for leading Sales & Operations process in the Market and facilitation of the Demand Planning process, which results in Market Demand Plan being aligned and approved by Market Management team. Ensure long term Demand Forecast for the Market and review the Statistical forecast provided by the Supply Chain Synchronization Hub and incorporate all information relevant to enrich it with the latest market events and new product launches. Collaborate with the Regional Customer Service and Global Supply Chain Category teams to execute market-specific actions.

Orchestrate the Sales & Operations Cycle (S&OP): Lead high-impact Sales & Operations reviews to synchronize market demand with supply capabilities, identifying risks and unlocking opportunities.Drive Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the strategic link between Commercial, Business Planning, and Marketing teams to integrate market trends, promotional events, and consumer insights into a robust sales forecast.
Elevate Forecasting Intelligence: Own the long-term Demand Forecast, blending statistical modeling with market intelligence to drive high demand accuracy.
Optimize Supply Resilience: Proactively partner with Market Production Planning to design agile supply scenarios, resolving potential bottlenecks.
Strategic Risk Management: Control that supply Back-up plans are relevant for the portfolio in the Market. Monitor material availability and production risks, lead cost-minimization decision making.
Influence through Insight: Transform complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders through reporting on demand planning, stock projection, pricing, and commercial activity.
Lead the Change. Deploy strategic PMI initiatives, continuously evolving our Integrated Business Planning capabilities.
Deliver Operational Excellence: Improve Forecast Accuracy and BIAS while maintaining a zero-out-of-stock culture.
Candidate requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related fields, Market researchFrom 1 to 3 years’ experience in FMCG or other industries with exposure to Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Supply Chain PlanningWorking knowledge of SAP, knowledge of different forecasting solutions is a strong plusAdvanced Excel userExcellent Communication and Analytical skillsUpper-Intermediate English level (speaking and writing)
