Here, you can create an impact you're proud of, where you're rewarded for your dedication and willingness to learn. **Job Requirements** What will I be doing? • Acting as the main technical interface between NPI teams and suppliers to resolve manufacturing-related queries and optimize production methods. • Supporting technical reviews and maintaining efficient manufacturing processes to improve lead times and apply lean manufacturing principles. • Facilitating new supplier development and conducting product/process audits to ensure quality and compliance. • Collaborating closely with design and industrial project teams to implement innovative manufacturing solutions. • Assisting with global supply chain development, including support for other Safran sites and international travel as required. What do I need to succeed in the role? • Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with strong knowledge of manufacturing tools, methods, and lean principles. • Proficiency in Catia V5 and expertise in manufacturing process design and technical problem-solving. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and suppliers. • Ability to adapt and innovate within a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment. • Experience in supplier auditing, global supply chain support, and willingness to travel internationally.
