Job Overview
Under broad guidance, manages and administers day-to-day relationships with key external data suppliers within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring high-quality data delivery and effective supplier engagement aligned with business objectives.

Essential Functions
• Interacts with supplier contacts to discuss their business needs and develops the appropriate solution.
• Ensures supplier data submissions meet contractual standards and maintains quality of data supply.
• Gathers requirements, develops custom reports, fulfills report requests and responds to customer requests.
• Recruits new pharmaceutical data suppliers (e.g. wholesalers, pharmacists or physicians) for new panels or to maintain the statistical validity of a panel.
• Maintains supplier records and all supplier-related information (profiles, contact information, contracts, compensation records, compliance).
• Compensates data suppliers – investigates, resolves and processes panel incentives in order to facilitate timely receipt of compensation.
• May visit data suppliers.
• Acts as a subject-matter lead, providing guidance and direction.
• Supports sales operations activities. (e.g. forecasting and data consolidation)

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical wholesaler management, slaes, or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of IQVIA core products, customer account management, and IQVIA information solutions and consulting services portfolio.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate.
• Ability to proactively identify complex issues and provide practical solutions or recommendations.
