Join the Supplier Services Department and play a critical role in driving our data acquisition strategy alongside key data supplier partners. The Supplier Services organization sits at the heart of the pharmaceutical and medical supply chain—ensuring seamless access to RX and sales data that empowers our retailers and wholesalers to make informed, impactful decisions.
In this role, you will serve as one of the department’s trusted subject matter experts (SME) for our core data and reporting tools. You will collaborate closely with account teams to shape and deliver high‑value, client‑ready solutions, ensuring every deliverable meets strict business standards, including confidentiality and data integrity. As a visible representative of Supplier Services, you will stay ahead of data issues, enhancements, and industry changes—sharing insights and representing the team in cross‑company stakeholder discussions.
Essential Functions:
Deliver timely, high‑quality, high‑impact information services to client‑facing teams and their customers.Build deep expertise in the pharmaceutical marketplace, spanning both traditional pharma and innovative, non‑traditional supplier uses of IQVIA data.Apply analytical thinking and quantitative skills to create custom, customer‑specific solutions that address complex business challenges.Ensure data accuracy by validating databases and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving anomalies.Translate business needs into actionable outputs by gathering requirements, developing custom deliverables, fulfilling report requests, and responding to customer inquiries with minimal supervision.Support the department’s Helpdesk and serve as an escalation point for complex issues and exceptions.Uphold rigorous standards for quality, accuracy, and on‑time delivery across all outputs.Quickly learn new tools and processes, continuously expanding your technical and industry skillset.Mentor and support less experienced colleagues, contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team.Stay current on pharmaceutical industry trends, with a strong focus on Retailers, Mail Service, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, and Wholesalers.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.3+ years related experience (business analysis, customer service) required.Willing to work hybrid schedule from King of Prussia, PA office (2-4 days per month).Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and customer service skills.Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.Experience working within the healthcare industry is highly preferred.Experience with IQVIA data/products AND/OR, experience with business intelligence tools (E.g, Business Objects Web Intelligence (WEBI), required.Knowledge of current events and developments within the pharmaceutical marketplace.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $59,900.00 - $149,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
