Support in generation and maintenance of Purchasing system data(SRM/AS400, SAP, BPM Portal, MDM, ESDB/QAD/SQTS)

Supplier enrollment, modification and maintenance (supplier set up)

Support the material administrative function/task

QN package supporting evidence data preparation

Waterfall analysis preparation

MOQ Alignment (SRM-QAD recon)

Daily critical list

ASN & OTD Compliance Tracking

Product lead time tracking

SPOT Buy POs Issuance

Materials Global Allocation Support

VSA and EDI Releases Report extraction and consolidation

Ad-hoc reporting request (inventory, customer EDI changes, etc)

Supplier Open Order Book confirmations compared to Lear Demand

Sending mass notifications/surveys to the supply base

Reports to Global counterparts ( Global Managers, Directors and VPs)

 

Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain or IT related graduate

Proficient in MS Office (preferably with Excel & Macro App experience)

1-2years experience, preferably in multinational environment

Fluent in English

Self motivated and with good methodology

Good analytical Skills

Highly proficient in both oral and written English language communication

Can work with minimal supervision, willing to do overtime, flexible work schedule as the need arises

Embodies high sense of professionalism and can multi-task

Preferably with QAD Planning Experiences
