Location and work model: Remote based, with occasional presence required in Timișoara. Role overview: The Supplier Quality Manager is an individual contributor role focused on supplier quality performance, audits, and supplier development. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards and driving continuous improvement across an international supplier base.

 

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and improve supplier quality performance and KPIs. Plan, conduct, and follow up supplier quality audits in line with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA standards. Lead corrective actions and supplier development initiatives. Collaborate closely with Quality, Sourcing, and manufacturing teams across multiple plants. Maintain supplier quality documentation and reporting.

 

Candidate profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in supplier quality or quality roles within the automotive industry. Strong supplier audit and corrective action experience. Good stakeholder management and communication skills. Analytical mindset and experience with quality KPIs. Fluent English. German is a plus
