You ensure and improve the supplier quality in the assigned area in your locationYou implement SQM requirements regarding preventive actions, technical specifications, and qualification of suppliersAct as SQM contact in cross functional teamsYou locally support the global SQM communitySupplier incident rate (SIR), supplier failure rate (SFR), supplier caused NCCs, claim rate.
Responsibilities:Qualifies and approves suppliers, in cooperation with purchasingCoordinates product/service qualifications and approvals based on specific requirements/specification (Ready to order)Creates, negotiates, and monitor quality assurance agreements implementation in the supplier processesYou plan and execute Supplier Audits including follow ups of respective measures implementationAlignment with incoming inspection on complaint managementSupports standardized supplier qualification process according to corporate guidelines (Ready for business)
Competencies:5+ years of experience in different areas of productionBachelor of Engineering or equivalentCore quality methods like FMEA, 8D methodology, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why and VSM are well knownYou are an experienced and certified auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 according to VDA 6.3Communication and presentation skills are a must haveEnglish and local language on a professional level
