**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Lead MRB meetings + Dispose material from MRB in less than 72 hrs. + Coordinate receiving inspection process + Monitor Supplier PPMS + Define Incoming Inspection Procedures + Promote corrective actions with suppliers + Coordinate sorting activities + Coordinate charge back to suppliers + Monitor Supplier score cards + Audit suppliers + Complete PCSA process + Maintain and improve the QMS in your area + Maintain and Improve 5’s + Participating in ECN process as applicable + Non-Conforming material disposition **Who You Are:** You are a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement. You excel at building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to ensure quality standards are met. You are a decisive communicator who can lead cross-functional meetings (like MRB) with confidence and handle high-pressure situations when production quality is at stake.
