**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Perform audits of suppliers’ quality management systems and processes. + Create qualification plans and verify Production Part Approval Process deliverable. + Monitor and manage the quality of purchased components + Respond to supplier quality issues and lead disposition of supplier non-conformances and actions identified on each instance through the Andon process. + Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers through Supplier Corrective Action Requests to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances. + Develop receiving inspection plans and verification methods. + Provide supplier quality input for metrics reporting and organizational communication. + Control and maintain minimum inventory levels of discrepant material at MRB (Material Review Board). + Manages and dispose supplier non-conformances in a timely manner. + Continuously improve supplier quality + Monitor supplier quality trends and drive improvements as needed. + Analyze supplier quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities. + Implement solutions that optimize the balance of quality, cost, and performance. + Optimize Supplier Quality Engineering systems, processes, and tools. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor degree in engineering, preferred in materials, mechanics, electromechanics, mechatronics or similar. + English 90% mínimum + Three years experience are desired in the following areas: + Supplier quality assurance + Metrology and Geometric Dimensioning &Tolerancing. + ISO 9001 Quality System including + Supplier corrective actions + Knowledge of external approvals + Suppliers development and supplier audits **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** + At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
