**What you’ll do:** Outsourcing Management: SQE needs to drive supplier and subcontractor quality improvements to ensure that suppliers and subcontractors meet or exceed quality, cost and delivery expectations. Drive improved culture at outsourcing and subcontractors to achieve high performance. 1. Supplier and outsourcing management, including raw material, injection, compression... etc. Response for Supplier quality performance, DPPM, and DMR/NDR closure on time rate 2. Work with supplier on APQP process and PPAP submission at new product development phase. 3. Instruct existing suppliers and develop new suppliers, and conduct SSA (Supplier Site Assessment) and process audits when needed. 4. Confirm that the inspection items and methods meet the needs of the factory to prevent defective products escape to next processes. 5. Initiate process changes at the supplier's manufacturing site to improve quality and cost. 6. Analyze and summarize the reasons for the abnormal quality to propose improvement methods to ensure that defects are corrected and prevent abnormal recurrence. 7. Assist and facilitate suppliers or subcontractors to proceed the process improvement to meet FPY target and reinforce the Quality system for quality consistence. 8. Promotion of Major Quality System Activities. 9.Restricted Substances Survey & Update **Qualifications:** Bachelors of Science from accredited university from Department of Industrial Engineering Management or the Department of Chemical Engineering. Master of Science is preferred. Over 5 years Quality control or Supplier Quality Control work experience **Skills:** 1. Knowledge of supplier management. 2. Familiar with problem solving methods (8D, A3, root cause analysis). 3. Candidates with knowledge of rubber manufacturing or processing will be given priority. 4. Possesses basic problem-solving skills and is familiar with Control Plan logic. 5. Advanced working knowledge of MS Office 6. Passionate and Accountable / Communication skill 7. Cross-function: Collaborate with all the function without barrier 8. Fluent in written English, and working knowledge of spoken English.(Plus factors)
