RequirementsBachelor’s degree or Vocational Education in Engineering Science, Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
No prior experience required with Bachelor’s degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement Techniques with Vocational Education
High School Diploma or Vocational Education considered with minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment (preferred)
No required certifications
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) to resolve quality issues
Execute SCAR processes and provide updates to team members against deadlines
Support supplier improvement and development on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Assist in implementation of design changes by managing documentation and compliance through LifeCycle Management (Windchill) system
Route and vault compliance documents related to supplier quality and design changes
Preferred SkillsSupplier Quality Management and Supplier Evaluation methodologies
Data analysis and interpretation including DfX methodology
Supply Chain Management (SCM) quality specifications
Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) methodologies
Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
Process Validation and Verification (PV&V) and First Article Inspections (FAI)
Documentation and reporting for quality processes
Continuous improvement techniques
Pay Details: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
