Supplier Quality Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience

Experience with validation processes (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV)

Thorough knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes

Experience in supplier quality within the medical device industry

Background with a variety of product types including off-the-shelf sourced components, electro-mechanical components, software development kits (SDK), and surgical platform hardware components

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating ENT strategic products into enabling technologies platforms

Experience with regulated industry requirements and supplier management processes

Understanding of robotics, navigation, intra-operative imaging, or surgical equipment technologies

Responsibilities

Lead Pre-Market Supplier Quality Engineering team for NPI projects and supplier management activities

Support new product development by ensuring supplier quality standards and processes are met

Oversee supplier qualification, process validation, and change management activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and quality integration

Contribute as both a team leader and individual contributor to achieve Supplier Quality goals and objectives

Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
