We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Collaborate with the Quality departments to strengthen supplier quality performance. + Define and implement audit plans for new suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards. + Conduct development programs with strategic suppliers to enhance their global quality levels. + Manage and resolve major blocking issues from manufacturing plants to uphold production efficiency. + Resolve supplier technical issues promptly to ensure continuity of supply. + Monitor, improve, and communicate critical metrics to align with target agreements. + Actively participate in the implementation of new suppliers and new components, including audits, technical feasibility reviews, and PPAP processes. + Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to establish and achieve short- and long-term supplier quality goals and foster long-term supplier relationships while generating cost reduction ideas. **Who You Are:** You are committed to enhancing the global supply chain's reliability by conducting development programs and handling quality issues from plants. You collaborate closely with Quality departments and actively participate in the implementation of new suppliers and components through audits and feasibility reviews.
