**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Collaborate with the Quality departments to strengthen supplier quality performance.
+ Define and implement audit plans for new suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
+ Conduct development programs with strategic suppliers to enhance their global quality levels.
+ Manage and resolve major blocking issues from manufacturing plants to uphold production efficiency.
+ Resolve supplier technical issues promptly to ensure continuity of supply.
+ Monitor, improve, and communicate critical metrics to align with target agreements.
+ Actively participate in the implementation of new suppliers and new components, including audits, technical feasibility reviews, and PPAP processes.
+ Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to establish and achieve short- and long-term supplier quality goals and foster long-term supplier relationships while generating cost reduction ideas.

You are committed to enhancing the global supply chain's reliability by conducting development programs and handling quality issues from plants. You collaborate closely with Quality departments and actively participate in the implementation of new suppliers and components through audits and feasibility reviews. You work with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to achieve quality goals and foster strong, long-term supplier relationships while implementing cost reduction strategies.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Higher degree, technical university preferred
+ Minimum of four years related experience in an international manufacturing company
+ Strong knowledge in handling suppliers, including supplier evaluation and supplier audits
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Certification in supplier or system auditing as per ISO9001 standards strongly preferred.
+ Knowledge of additional standards such as IATF, ISO13485 is strongly preferred.
+ Proficiency in English and a second language is strongly preferred; a third language is a plus.
+ Experience with supplier technologies including plastics and rubbers is preferred.
+ Confirmed expertise in quality system methodologies such as 8D, MSA, FAI, Control Plan, AQL, APQP, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, and FMEA is preferred.
