Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing:
Maintain and improve quality system through database management and analysis of quality data to various quality certifications and standards. Monitor and audit processes and make improvements in quality where necessary to assure standards are being met. Works with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues. Provides Corrective Action when quality issue arises.
Manage the quality assurance department activities within the supported sites. Maintain and continually improve the quality system, using data to define opportunities for improvement. Drive process improvements. Support ISO 9001, AS 9120, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and TS 16949 certifications.
Manage control of the documentation process, the internal quality audit and inspections systems, and the calibration system.
Work with other departments to maintain statistical process control of the site's processes.
Support supplier engagement requirements of the conflict minerals program.
Work with identified contract manufactures to assess and monitor quality performance to customer expectations.
Maintain and improve Field Quality Report (FQR) customer complaints system.
Along with other department heads, drive compliance to the annual Business Plan's key metrics. Interface with external customers regarding quality issues. Assure prompt resolution to issues.
Train applicable workers on Quality- related areas, such as 5S, Lean, SPC, etc.
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers
Solves a range of straightforward problems
Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$77,000.00 - $106,590.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
