We are seeking a seasoned Supplier Quality Auditor (SNQ) to evaluate supplier capabilities, performance, and risk potential using a structured, risk-based approach. This role plays a critical part in supporting sourcing decisions and driving continuous improvement across the supply base.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive supplier audits using standardized tools such as the Supplier Evaluation Model (SEM) for automotive purchasing.Identify operational gaps, weaknesses, and risks within supplier processes.Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) to develop and implement effective risk mitigation plans.Share best practices and calibrate lead auditors to ensure consistent, fact-based audit outcomes.Prepare and present audit reports; ensure timely documentation and system uploads.Support cross-functional teams and contribute to supplier development initiatives.Travel frequently to supplier sites (approximately 3–4 times per month).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; alternatively, 5+ years of relevant technical experience with proven performance.Strong auditing skills and thorough understanding of ISO 19011.Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capabilities.Demonstrated experience in various manufacturing and production processes.Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proactive and preventive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in multicultural, cross-functional teams.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr.
