Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)Supply Chain team has multiple positions open for Supplier Program Management Specialists (Level 2, 3, or 4) to join our team in St. Louis, MO.  Come join us and be a part of the future of Aerospace!

Position Responsibilities:

The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skillsProactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is requiredGathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunitiesCollaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirementsProvides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activitiesLeads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programsManages team member relationships and performance throughout all contract phasesConducts and guides supplier assessmentsDevelops current and projected work statementLeads supplier assessments and the development of supplier recovery plans, corrective and preventative action plansCommunicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to team members

Associate, Level 2:

Supports technical and business activities to meet supplier performance targetsSupports the evaluation of performance throughout all contract phasesSupports supplier assessmentsAssists in the review of current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual complianceContributes to recovery, corrective and preventative action planningGathers data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities

Mid-Level, Level 3:

Provides technical and business support to meet supplier performance targetsDevelops stakeholder relationships and evaluates performance throughout all contract phasesConducts supplier assessmentsReviews current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual complianceEvaluates elements of recovery, corrective and preventative action plansProvides data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues and opportunities

Experienced, Level 4:

Leads technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activitiesLeads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phasesConducts and guides supplier assessmentsDevelops current and projected work statementLeads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plansCommunicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholdersDevelops and executes work movement plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, engineering, scientific or information technology field of study)1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management or Program ManagementExperience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)1+ years of experience with proposal development and contract negotiations1+  years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action

Export Control Requirement:

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Associate (Level 2): 72,000 - $84,000Mid-Level (Level 3): $97,200 - $113,400Senior (Level 4): $117,000 - $136,500

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
