   Main  Responsibilities:

Manage Supplier Performance in line with the group objectivesConvince suppliers and drive the activities in line with BL expectation.Perform Milestone reviews related to NPI & Industrial transfer processKnowledge on EMS PCBA and Integration products according to :IPC-A-610, Acceptability of Electronic AssembliesIPC-A-600, Acceptability of Printed BoardsIPC-WHM-A-620, Wire harness and routingDrive and co-ordinate to resolve the issues identified in timely mannerImplement corrective action plans at Supplier and measure their effectiveness with QC toolsDocument and analyze the results systematically and share the inputs with internal stakeholdersParticipate and able to co-ordinate continuous improvement projects at Supplier

   Qualification and Skill-Set

Engineering/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics. Having an experience of 10+ years in Manufacturing FiledExperience in Aerospace and Defense Industry preferredGood communication skill, with project management experience on end-to-end product life cycleShould possess working knowledge on the IPC standards. Formal Certification will be added advantage and preferredExperience in AS9100 Quality Management System environmentConversant with SPC tools, Control Limits and in-line Electronic Manufacturing process controlsProficient in MS Office, MS Project.Hands-on experience on EMS manufacturing process and final verification of PCBA and integrated products (SMD process / Soldering / Wire routing / Conformal Coating / PCBA integration), will be an added advantage
