Strategic Suppliers' SC Performance monitor and development at Supplier and Plant side 1) Plant supplier Delivery Performance improvement 2) Training of Bensberg & SC Complaints 3) Supplier SCM Performance urgent case support 4) create and maintain reports relative to supplier SCM performance 3. BASE SCM evaluation 1) MMOG/LE consultant to Plants and Suppliers 2) Summarize/escalate Asia SCM operations issues of strategic suppliers to final SCM potential evaluations. 4.Risk Management & Continuous Improvement 1) Monitor supplier risks (supply disruptions, geopolitical issues) and develop contingency plans. 2) Implement supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives (e.g., local sourcing, carbon footprint reduction). 3) Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation or diversification. 4) SCM Supplier coach: improvement project for cost reduction, and delivery performance improvement 1) Bachelor's degree or similar 2) 3–5 years in semiconductor or consumer electronics industry planning team, supplier development, or supply chain management. 3) Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools. 4) Strong data analysis (Excel, Power BI) 5) Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management. 6) Problem-solving mindset with a focus on risk mitigation. 7) Certifications (Preferred): CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent.
