Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing

Develop relationships with Microsoft PSS and others resulting in Arrow being able to gain competitive advantage on sales opportunities and be a supplier advocate within Arrow.Work as a resource for the sales team to enable navigation to assist in selling Microsoft to customers and to position Arrow appropriately with Microsoft at both the corporate and local levels.Identify specific market segments and customers to market specific solutions to the Arrow sales team with the goal being to grow customer base.Develop go-to-market initiatives and strategies to provide to sales and grow market shareImplement ease of doing business initiatives with MicrosoftUnderstand Microsoft programs and incentives related to your assigned product responsibilityBuild and execute Microsoft strategy and business plansDrive influential Microsoft resources into customer engagementsPlan and prepare QBRs and attend regional QBRs where required. Own the pipeline and forecast for Microsoft solution

What We Are Looking For:

Microsoft CSP experience with the ability to build and execute go‑to‑market strategiesProven experience working directly with Microsoft field and partner teams to drive joint opportunitiesIn-depth knowledge of Copilot and Modern WorkKnowledge of Microsoft Partner CenterStrong multitasking skills with a proactive, take‑ownership mindsetSelf-starter, gritty & coachable, while bringing in unique perspectivesEnterprise level SaaS and Services sales success focused on marginExperience selling through the Channel SaaS based solutionsIn-depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft Cloud SalesAbility to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutionsProcess orientedStrong SF.com proficiency and forecasting accuracyTeam oriented leaderStrong work ethic and proven track record in a KPI based Sales Model

Education/Experience:

4-year degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience working in the channelCreated go-to-market initiatives and successfully executed

Work Arrangement

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$98,900.00 - $179,146.44

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
