Job Description
We are seeking a Supplier Maintenance Specialist for an open-ended contract role. This position is part-time, requiring 5 days a week for 4 hours each day, with a total of 20-30 hours per week depending on the workload. The role involves setting up new suppliers or cosigners to facilitate payments and manage supplier information.
Responsibilities
Set up new suppliers or cosigners to ensure they can be paid.Verify banking information accurately.Process invoices received through Accounts Payable or from auctions.Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.Learn and use multiple systems, including Oracle.Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.Resolve any arising issues promptly.Provide excellent customer service and support.Essential Skills
Experience in data entry, customer service, and vendor management.Ability to manage vendor maintenance and support.Strong communication skills.Proficient in problem-solving.Experience in setting up new customers in a system.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Background in banking, such as teller experience, is beneficial.Experience with Oracle and similar systems is advantageous.Work Environment
This role requires working in-office with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid or remote setup if the contract extends beyond September. It is an open-ended contract offering flexibility and the potential for long-term engagement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
